Line-level MES · Packaging and monitoring

From production completion to handover and shipment
Record the last mile too

Through packaging scanning, pallet management, logistics location, shift handover, and on-site dashboards, accurately answer how much has been produced, how much has been packaged, what remains, and what will be taken over by the next shift.

Packaging is not a standalone printing action

The packaging module links production work orders, batches, barcodes, pallets, locations, and shifts. Every on-site scan, pallet, and movement returns to the corresponding manufacturing object.

01

Packaging Planning and Execution

View pending work orders, planned quantities, packaged quantities, and backlogs, and confirm on-site from scanning workstations.

Planning to action
02

Pallets and Logistics Tracking

Record pallet loading quantity, open status, current location, target location, and actual movement process.

Objects can be tracked
03

Shift Handover and Kanban

Summarize production, qualified, scrap, packaging, work-in-progress, and open pallets to create verifiable handover snapshots.

Packaging Workflow

From released batches to traceable pallets

01

Confirm packaging conditions

Work orders, batches, and quality status allow entry into packaging.

02

Scan product barcode

Verify the barcode belongs to the current product, work order, and batch.

03

Create or continue pallet

Accumulate loading quantity piece by piece; open pallets can be kept across shifts.

04

Close and label

Check actual vs. system quantity, print pallet label, then close.

05

Move and handover

Register location movement, hand over unpackaged quantity and pending items.

Pallet status

Quantity, location, and destination recorded separately

Creating a pallet only establishes an open object; quantity comes from subsequent successful scans. Setting a destination does not mean it has been moved; actual movement requires recording operator, source location, and target location.

OpenAllows continued scanning, retained across shifts.
ClosedStops adding after loading quantity is confirmed.
In transitTarget location exists, arrival not yet registered.
ArrivedActual location updated, waiting for further arrangements.

Let different positions see different on-site answers

Data comes from workstation status, production quantity events, downtime records, quality results, and packaging records; managers see trends, on-site personnel see next steps.

OEE and efficiency analysis

Metrics come from actual production data, not manually filled percentages

The system calculates availability, performance, quality, and OEE based on planned time, downtime, production quantity, standard cycle, and scrap quantity. Automated data collection and manual reporting can coexist, but each output can only have one main count source.
