Machine Models and Configuration

Configuration according to the combination of control system, machine tool type, workpiece shape and layout form, used to compare the implementation conditions of a single machine and a small automatic line.

Configuration range

  • CNC system: Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Guangzhou CNC, Xindai, Huazhong, etc., specific model needs to be confirmed
  • Machine Types: Lathe, Milling Machine, Turn-Mill Compound, Grinder, Drilling & Tapping Center, Machining Center
  • Workpiece type: block, column, sheet, bar, rod, shaft, ring, cake, size and weight need to be confirmed
  • Expansion equipment: AGV, industrial robot, testing equipment, interface is evaluated according to project

Layout Options

  • One-to-one: one robot corresponds to one machine tool
  • One-to-two: One robot corresponds to two machine tools, calculated based on beats
  • One-to-three: Multi-machine collaboration, evaluated based on equipment status and site conditions
  • Seventh axis: evaluated based on machine spacing, workstation length and motion path
